To be honest, it looks like a rather lame pun to me...like why not just call
it drugs? But then maybe it's an indicator that the music is not obvious. Or
something. Anyway it's pretty obvious that RDJ likes acid, just look at
those 'scary acid face' covers on all his records. Apparently he used to
tell the story that his parents had the job of giving it to the patients at
a mental hospital where they worked. Time I got some more myself, come to
think of it.
